Serving the essence of the soul gives a new approach to life, revealing its beauty like the rays of the rising sun unwrap the dark cloth of the night. Like the sun, the soul brings light and life. Like the sun, the soul shines for everyone. Like the sun, the soul centers all planets around its essence. Focusing on the life of the soul brings us to oneness and harmony. Focusing on the life of the soul brings us also to the infinite possibilities of expression. However, in all the incalculable combinations and numbers of creations there would be complete chaos if some order did not exist. It is the Principle of Life that assures that every manifestation is linked with one another and accorded with the impulses, energy and movements that are being created constantly in the universe. In synchronizing each manifestation with a specific rhythmic cycle, the Principle of Life works with a quality that is called Synarchy. Synarchy states that each part harmonizes with the whole.

Synarchy is a natural law of the universe that exists everywhere to preserve harmony in life. In our body, for example, synarchy operates to maintain health and wellbeing. A human body is composed of millions and millions of cells, each possessing a specific function and place. Some cells are grouped together forming an organ to perform a task that enables the life forces to circulate freely throughout the body. Each of these functions does not work exclusively for themselves, but for the entire organism; the lungs do not breathe only for themselves but send the oxygen into the bloodstream where it is transported to nourish the entire body. The same is true for the other organs and processes.

Once this process of wholeness is disrupted, an illness appears. Illness is uniquely an expression of an energy-transformation seeking a new harmony with the whole. Health, therefore, is based on this unity: a conscious cooperation. Our human body is a whole being and each part works intelligently for each other.

An identical process happens for each person as a cell of the universal body. If I ask you, “Where are you now?” you will answer the name of the place where you are, let us say for example, Kilauea. And where is Kilauea? It is in Hawaii. And where is Hawaii? Hawaii is a group of islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. And where is that ocean? It is situated on the planet earth. And the earth, where is that? The earth is in the solar system. Where is the solar system? In the galaxy called the Milky Way. So, you see, you are a universal citizen. As small as you may be, you are a part of that universal family.

Opening one’s consciousness to the unifying thought that you are part of a universal family transcends the illusion of a separate body somewhere on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

When a human being harmonizes more and more with the larger organizations in nature and the universe, one starts to vibrate, emanate and radiate in unison with a greater life. This creates a vortex of energy that facilitates the circulation of life’s energies and greatly influences the surroundings. When we begin to feel a part of humanity and when our thoughts, feelings and actions reach out to the universe to enter into movement with the universal dance, the Principle of Life can then transmit a stream of energy that brings us strength, wellbeing, joy and revelation, far beyond what our minds can ever imagine.

The Principle of Life works always in this way. When we open up your little self to a bigger consciousness, our perception shifts into this larger awareness.

This concept maintains the circulation of the life-giving forces from the center to the periphery and its return. These two end points are called microcosm and macrocosm; they link what is infinitely small with the immensity. This unity is life’s constant reality and separation becomes a faded illusion. All of nature works primarily with this force of unity.

This is exactly opposite from uniformity. Uniformity is when the organism conforms externally to the movements and manifestations surrounding it but does not adjust its inner energies and pulsations. The march of an army seems to be very synchronized; each soldier marching left, right, left, right, their arms swinging in perfect uniformity. To accentuate this picture, we dress them all in a same ‘uniform’. Another image is a classroom with students, sitting in their desks, nicely in a row, proclaiming all the same poem in an identical rhythm: they portray a ‘harmonious discipline’ that seems to be useful for life. However, how often did we not encounter that inwardly not many were in ‘harmony’ with the form.

Uniformity develops to separatism, and sooner or later, the inner consciousness will revolt against that ‘uni-form’. Such refusal to harmonize with these rhythms is called anarchy and instead of peace and happiness, separation and dissatisfaction arise that may result in chaos and violence.

The multitude of creations will be unified by a universal co-creation. From ‘One’ all life has come, in ‘One’ all life exists and to ‘One’ all life will return.

When education integrates this concept of oneness, the goal of learning is

  • to allow everybody to perceive the insight,
  • to accept everybody to participate in the experience,
  • to assist everybody to master the skill.

Soul Essence Education will lift the human consciousness into the soul consciousness of Oneness. The personal life is placed into service for the welfare of all. The ‘me’ is transcended into a ‘we’.

With each action, the young child will learn to connect a positive thought of creating goodness. As the child grows older the good will enlarge into the wellbeing for everyone in the family and not only for himself. Later, each action will be beneficial for the entire Ohana, the bigger community around, and then for all of humanity. Finally, each action, feeling or thought embraces the harmony with all of nature and the universe. This will automatically engender a profound responsibility towards all of humanity, towards Mother Nature, the earth and the universe, who are living entities of which we all are a part.

Such education will engenderLiving in Universal Beauty as One Family.

Synarchy will be the achievement in education.
